Abstrakty

Obecnie dostępnych jest wiele sposobów budowy architektury korporacyjnej i zarządzania usługami IT. Nie ma jednakże efektu synergii pomiędzy nimi. W artykule przedstawiono autorską koncepcję harmonizacji tych koncepcji. W tym celu opracowano metamodel obejmujący terminologię architektury korporacyjnej i zarządzania usługami IT. Dzięki temu możliwe jest zapewnienie wspólnego rozumienia pojęć pomiędzy interesariuszami zaangażowanymi w prace architektoniczne oraz wdrażającymi zarządzanie usługami IT. Ponadto zaproponowano ustrukturalizowane podejście (technikę HUZAR), która umożliwia dobór właściwych elementów zarządzania usługami IT i architektury korporacyjnej, a następnie połączenie ich w dopełniającą się całość. There are currently available numerous ways of building Enterprise Architecture and managing IT services. However, a synergy effect between them does not exist. The article presents the author concept of harmonization of these concepts. For this purpose, a metamodel containing Enterprise Architecture and IT services management terminology has been developed. It is then possible to ensure a common understanding of terms for those stakeholders who are engaged in architectural works and those who implement IT services management. Furthermore, in the article there is proposed a structured approach (the HUZAR technique) which enables a selection of appropriate elements of IT services management and Enterprise Architecture, and then linking them in order to form a complementary whole.
