Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z postępem w badaniach i nauczaniu towaroznawstwa, nowe problemy i drogi ich rozwiązania (ocena jakości i optymalizacja jakości wyrobów), perspektywne badanie szkód jako przykład nowych rozwiązań oraz wnioski dla dalszego rozwoju towaroznawstwa.

With reference to the thirty years tradition of Leipzig colloquia pertaining to the science of commodities and more than twenty-five years publishing of the "Warenkundliche Berichte" annual, the rapid progress in the science of commodities observed in that period ha been discussed as well as the advantages resulting from it have been pointed out. Considering the arising new problems pertaining to the science of commodities, attention has been fixed on the criteria and methods of goods evaluation, on optimalization of the quality of products and the problems of their damages. Much attention has been given to the problem of prospective damage inspection. Such investigation marks put fundamental directions of further development of the science of commodities.
