Abstrakty
The focus of this research is regions investment attractiveness. Groups of entities undertaking investment decisions are interested in decision making process rules are inter alia: European Union entities, banks and financial institutions, transnational corporations and individual entities. Increasing independence of provinces and full autonomy in luring investments requires implementing decision rule selecting local specificities. Search for attractive investment is based on economic argument. Since profit op-portunities, or more generally - economic growth, attract investors, thus factors related with growth are of special interest. Investor comes with money and technology, so interesting are other growth factors: labor and human and social capital. (original abstract)
