Abstrakty

W pracy zaprezentowano problematykę podejścia systemowego w certyfikowanym systemie zarządzania jakością. Opierając się na wynikach badań ankietowych zrealizowanych na próbie 2500 organizacji starano się odpowiedzieć na pytanie, jak system jest postrzegany z perspektywy pełnomocników ds. jakości, którzy zarządzają systemem. Autor pracy stara się określić zależności między procesem kształtowania systemu zarządzania jakością a jego funkcjonowaniem po certyfikacji. Próbuje określić przyczyny pojawiających się problemów oraz ich związek z błędami popełnionymi na etapie budowy systemu. (abstrakt oryginalny)
