Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule omówiono korzyści z utworzenia "zintegrowanego rynku" dla państw członkowskich EWG oraz koszty społeczne i ekonomiczne pełnej integracji rynków dla krajów EWG. Przedstawiono skutki ekonomiczne integracji rynku EWG dla krajów trzecich oraz zagrożenia i szanse dla Polski.

The economic achievements of the member states of European Communites, generally known and admired, are observed both with hope and apprehension by the rest of Europe, USA, and Japan. Special interest is aroused by the program of building the "Single European Market, EEC - 1992". The paper is an attempt to assess the avantages which can accrue to EEC member states due to the realization of this Programme - especially in effect of the elimination of tariff bordes, liberalization of government procurement rules, enhancing the production scale and introduction of common financial system. The full integration of the national markets of EEC states will doubtlessly result in serious mide-effects for third countries, The paper outlines those, dangers, while laying special stress on the hazards and chances facing Poland.(original abstract)
