Abstrakty

W literaturze przedmiotu można obecnie zauważyć zwiększone zainteresowanie wykorzystaniem informacji kontekstowej. Szczególnie obiecujące wydaje się zastosowanie kontekstów w systemach, które dostarczają użytkownikom informacji. Pozwoli to na łatwiejsze pozyskanie informacji, która w większym stopniu odpowiada bieżącej potrzebie użytkownika. Należy jednak zwrócić uwagę, że wykorzystanie dodatkowych czynników kontekstowych ma znaczący wpływ na proces pozyskiwania informacji i działanie systemów wyszukiwawczych. W projekcie mobilel F uwzględniono kilka podstawowych wymiarów kontekstu, które są kluczowe dla użytkowników, zwłaszcza mobilnych. Dalsze prace prowadzone są nad stworzeniem semantycznego modelu reprezentacji potrzeb informacyjnych użytkownika, który pozwoli na integrację informacji kontekstowej z uwzględnieniem zmian w czasie. Dzięki utworzeniu temporalnej bazy wiedzy możliwe będzie wnioskowanie na temat aktualnego stanu potrzeb informacyjnych użytkownika w dowolnym punkcie w czasie. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper describes the current research in the area of Information Retrieval in Context (IRiX). It describes the influence of context in information retrieval and filtering framework. Further, it discusses the utilization of specific context dimensions in mobilelF system. Special attention is put on the time aspects and duality of its interpretation. (original abstract)
