Abstrakty

Produkcja emaliowanej aparatury stalowej jest zagadnieniem skomplikowanym i trudnym. Konieczna jest ścisła współpraca konstruktora, metalurga i emaliernika, a wyprodukowany wyrobów wymaga bardzo starannego obchodzenia się z nimi w czasie transportu i w trakcie eksploatacji. W artykule omówiono różnice między emaliami szklistymi a krystalicznymi, wady powłok emalierskich na aparaturę stalową oraz badania własne dotyczące wytypowania emalii chemoodpornych odpornych na ośrodki kwaśne i alkaliczne.

The report presents problems of production and application of enamelled steel apparatus. The need for a thorough examination of particular steel sheets and the apparatus before enamelling has been stressed. The difference between vitreous and crystalline enamels has been demonstrated. Characterisation of typical faults of the enamel coats on the apparatus has been presented. The research on samples of thin and thick steel sheets included determination of the newly-developed chemoresistant enamels: a lyeproof one and two proof ones. (original abstract)
