Abstrakty

Omówiono zróżnicowanie struktur wydatków na żywność pomiędzy grupami społeczno-ekonomicznymi oraz zmiany struktur w czasie. Przedstawiono wpływ dochodu na strukturę wydatków żywnościowych gospodarstw domowych.

The paper deals with food expense structures of households In the years 1980-1988, The carried out analysis was concerned with: a) the differentiation of these structures depending on social-professional groups of households, b) the changes which occurred over the analysed period in the individual types of households, c) the differentiation of the structures depending on the affluence level of a house-hold. The accepted measure of the structure differentiation is as follows: εij=12∑𝕢=1kβ𝕢𝕚-β𝕢𝕛 where β_qi , β_qj stand for the participation of the "q" component of a structure in the "i" and "3" types of households respectively (in the case of studies on the differentiation of households' structures) or in the years "i" and "j" (in the case of studies on the differentiation of the structures in time).(original abstract)
