Abstrakty
(fragment tekstu)
The effects of active labour market programmes thouroghly depend on the unemployed chosen as their participants. Their selection method is indicated by the law. Criteria are wide enough that almost every unemployment person can apply to the programme. Such a situation arises the need to elaborate new ones to more properly identify persons endangered by the unemployment. The article aims to create a simple model supporting participants' selection on the basis of the CHAID model. The resulting model enables to identify persons endangered by long-term unemployment. Advantage of such a method rests on its applicability and possibility of usage other variables important for local labour markets (original abstract)
