Abstrakty

Przedstawiono rozważania związane z procesem wzajemnego oddziaływania pomiędzy głównymi uczestnikami wybranych rynków rolnych w zakresie polityki wsparcia, który odzwierciedlono w kształtowaniu relacji cenowych. Analizę oparto na metodologii stosowanej przez OECD do oceny przekształceń mechanizmu interwencji. Wyróżniono czynniki wpływające na względne ceny równowagi w rolnictwie. Wskazano na istniejąca dysproporcje w poziomie cen w ujęciu modelowym i na przykładzie rynku pszenicy. Okres badawczy obejmował lata 1986-2007. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The process of transformations of price relations was determined by two groups of factors. The first are changes of the agriculture support policy which was the global dimension and were determined by multilateral agreements. It was caused to the reduction of the prices from 1986 to 2007 on the chosen domestic wheat market. Simultaneously one can show, that differences in potential prices of the equilibrium, measured by the price of the reference, were increased. We can show the enlargement besides grew up disproportions of these partial prices of the equilibrium in wheat markets. This process marks that the increased the transactional costs in the international trade. The process of the differentiation of prices should also take into account externalities which should be paid by consumers or tax-payers. One of them is the food-safety and the stabilization of price which causing increase of food costs. Very important determinants are macroeconomic conditions. The basic importance has the macro-economic stabilization which makes possible on the reduction of food prices. In the international relations the essential effect have changes of the nominal exchange rate, first of all on internal relations. (original abstract)
