W niniejszym artykule omówiono wyróżniki systemu doskonalenia kadr. Na koniec przedstawiono proces szkolenia jako podsystem doskonalenia kadr.

In the paper a concept of systems approach to management training is presented. Within the framework of that concept the following determinants of management training system are defined: environment, management, goals, resources, training process, results, Systems approach permits a comprehensive evaluation of all subsystems of management training systems in various institutions. That approach possesses a special significance for evaluation of effectiveness of management training system. In the final, of the paper the factors determining effectiveness of management training system are discussed. Also the training process, treated as a system, is described in detail in the paper.
