Abstrakty
Analiza PFMEA jest bardzo skuteczną metodą doskonalenia procesów. Spełni jednak pokładane w niej nadzieje wyłącznie w sytuacji, gdy wykorzystywana będzie zgodnie z założeniami, to znaczy pracować będzie przy niej interdyscyplinarny zespół, dobrze znający proces i wykorzystywaną technologię, którego podstawowym celem będzie wskazanie możliwości poprawienia procesu, a nie wykazanie, że ryzyko związane z jego realizacją nie występuje. A z taką właśnie sytuacją pozorowania zgodności procesu z wymaganiami klientów mamy do czynienia, gdy analiza PFMEA przygotowywana jest "na szybko", na potrzeby auditu klienta.(fragment tekstuy)
The model of risk management, which was presented in this paper, is focused on using chances and increasing efficiency of project managament. Relying on experience, we can say that during the process of projects realisation, performers are focused especially on searching science subjects, which may become a beginning of new projects. Accepting new challenges gives the workers possibility of financial and intellectual development. Coming up to expectations gives the institute stability of high- qualified personnel and attracts new talents. Reliability of projects realisation and good substantial notes for work, publications and presentations on conferences guarantee competitivness. Accepted model of using chances in the science development of employees gave the results- the Science Council got authorization to give doctoral and postdoctoral degrees. (original abstract)
