Abstrakty
Wzrastające znaczenie analizy kompetencji absolwentów szkół wyższych jest wynikiem przemian tożsamości współczesnych uczelni i coraz silniejszych związków szkolnictwa wyższego z otoczeniem gospodarczym, a w odniesieniu do powstającego Europejskiego Obszaru Szkolnictwa Wyższego (EHEA) - presji wywieranej przez promotorów procesu bolońskiego oraz rządy krajów sygnatariuszy deklaracji bolońskiej. Nie bez znaczenia, biorąc pod uwagę realia europejskie, jest także oddziaływanie innych czynników zewnętrznych w postaci zmian zachodzących na absolwenckich rynkach pracy (wzrost bezrobocia, zmiany wymagań kwalifikacyjnych) oraz przemian demograficznych (spadek liczebności roczników w wieku studiów wyższych). Wyrazem tych tendencji jest wzrost zainteresowania zatrudnieniem absolwentów oraz ich zdolnością do zatrudnienia, czy też innymi słowy adaptacyjnością na rynku pracy (employability).
