Abstrakty

Artykuł dotyczy wdrażania w Polsce dwóch porozumień europejskich partnerów społecznych: autonomicznego porozumienia dotyczącego stresu związanego z pracą (2004 r.) oraz autonomicznego porozumienia dotyczącego nękania i przemocy w miejscu pracy (2007 r.). Wdrożenie obu tych porozumień w Polsce zakończyło się podpisaniem wspólnych deklaracji przez polskich partnerów społecznych. Autorka przedstawia proces negocjacji i problemy, na jakie napotkały polskie związki zawodowe i organizacje pracodawców. Zastosowanie tak "miękkiego" mechanizmu, jakim są niewiążące deklaracje, pozwala postawić pytanie o efektywność wdrożenia obu porozumień europejskich w naszym kraju. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article concerns the process of implementation of two autonomous European social partners agreements: framework agreement on stress at work (2004) and framework agreement on violence and harassment at workplace (2007) in Poland. Both of European autonomous agreements have been finally implemented through joint declarations of Polish social partners. The article shows negotiating process and obstacles faced by Polish trade unions and employers organizations. Applying of such "soft" tool as non-binding declarations rises a question of effectiveness of implementation of both European agreements in Poland. (original abstract)
