Abstrakty

W artykule został badany problem wzrostu produktywności. Autor przedstawia wzrost produktywności w warunkach new economy i shareholder. Doświadczenie przedsiębiorstw wskazuje, że cele i strategie stosowane w realizacji tego wzrostu można zmieniać stosunkowo łatwo, ale np. zmiana zasobów finansowych i know-how wymaga zwykle długiego czasu. W artykule zwraca się uwagę, że wzrost produktywności będzie możliwy poprzez połączenie problematyki ekonomicznej z rytuałami kultury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article deals with the problem of productivity rise. The author describes productivity rise under the conditions of new economy and shareholding. Experience, gained from the enterprises previously performing, proves that the aims and strategies applied to the procedure of stimulation of the rise could be comparatively easily changed, while e.g. the change of financial resources and know-how usually requires much longer time. The article emphasizes that productivity rise will be possible due to the unity of economic matters and organisational culture of an enterprise. (original abstract)
