Abstrakty
The article focuses on e-government's development in Silesian region, and the use of e-government services by businesses and citizens. It mentions that government considers e-government as powerful tool in changing their conduct on the government's interaction with their citizens, and on the delivery of their core businesses. It discusses the notion of e-government and its attributes which include integration, effective governance, an accountability and transparency. (original abstract)
