The article presents an analysis of European Union (EU) law regarding consumer protection and mentions current status of consumer law within EU. It reflects the impact of changing consumer behavior with reference to consumer law. Consumer protection embraces the protection of consumers' individual rights by granting rights of withdrawal and their collective interest related to exercise rights of civil action.(original abstract)
