Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest omówienie najważniejszych problemów związanych z modelowaniem rynku pracy w ramach metodologii DSGE, w szczególności dotyczących integracji modeli DSGE oraz modeli poszukiwań i dopasowań. Przedstawiono także inne koncepcje, których celem było prawidłowe odwzorowanie procesów zachodzących na rynku pracy w ujęciu makroekonomicznym. Opracowanie składa się z czterech części. W pierwszych dwóch przybliżono podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczące modeli DSGE oraz przedyskutowano klasyczne koncepcje stosowane do modelowania rynku pracy w ramach metodologii DSGE, które okazały się jednak niewystarczające. Następnie przedstawiono pojęcia związane z modelami poszukiwań i dopasowań na rynku pracy. Ostatnia część prezentuje wyniki badań nad integracją modeli poszukiwań i dopasowań oraz modeli DSGE.(fragment tekstu)

The paper discusses the most important issues concerning labour market modeling within DSGE methodology focusing on integration of DSGE and search and matching models. Other theoretical macroeconomic propositions aiming at matching labour markets stylized facts were also reviewed. It is shown that blending DSGE and search and matching models has been an important step in labour market macromodelling and that the models with staggered wages are able to explain many observed characteristics of labour markets.(original abstract)
