This paper will seek to show the management of complexity in higher education through innovative ways of integrity teaching and integrity education management, ethical communication and intercultural management teaching in colleges and universities. This platform will explore learning and integrity competences acquisition from innovatively defined and designed case studies including practical examples (interviews, video-conferencing, web based meetings, shared workspaces, wikis, virtual meeting spaces and social and professional web networks) Furthermore learning and integrity acquisition from academic teachers acting as professors and lecturers and also as facilitators of case study for integrity competence acquisition process, students, employees, employers and local community. This research will review impediments to integrity skills acquisition in colleges and challenges of ethical communication and intercultural communication teaching in universities and in organizations. These impediments can include; poor integrity management, lack of consultation with employees, toxic management perpetrated by unaware owners aiming to implement "bottom line prof t" philosophy in knowledge and competence transfer delivery in educational settings and in small to medium training service providers, personality conflicts which can result in people delaying or refusing to communicate integrity philosophy in managerial process, the personal attitudes of individual employees which may be due to lack of motivation or dissatisfaction at work, brought about by insufficient integrity awareness and lack of training to enable them to carry out particular tasks. Additionally language barriers, lack of effective and efficient integrity organizational structure for good flow of information and lack of attention to integrity in management of education as a topic may become an impediment to efficient integrity and business ethics competence acquisition. As a result of mismanagement of these impediments, students and faculty as well as administration of the university cannot gain advanced managerial integrity competences needed in everyday managerial role at the same time failing to acquire ethical communication, integrity management and intercultural communication skills. Integrity and intercultural learning challenges us to face new experiences and enables us to develop a global mindset, not only physically, but also in the cyberspace. Innovation and integrity learning comes from new experiences, from exceeding the safety of what we know and living something new and different. A global mindset allows us to transcend the constraints of our own culture and to see the world for what it really is. In order to approach the fast-paced global world, people need to work across disciplines and think holistically. To embrace innovation in its fullness, people must learn to teach adaptability and flexibility in order to be able to cope with the changes that are taking place at the speed of light. Integrity process and philosophy educational transfer using E-learning, blended learning, social media and personalized learning environment can be one of the effective ways to acquire integrity competences in management.
