Abstrakty

Spółki kopalniane należą do rodziny spółek posiadających wyraźnie zaznaczoną specyfikę. W znacznym stopniu determinuje ona ich wycenę. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie odrębności podejścia i metod wyceny spółki kopalnianej w porównaniu do większości pozostałych spółek rynkowych. Na tle przedstawionych w artykule standardowych metod wyceny, wskazano na trudności z doborem odpowiednich metod dla spółek działających w swoistych uwarunkowaniach. W konsekwencji pokazano praktyczną przydatność doboru właściwej metody dla wiarygodnej wyceny spółki wydobywczej. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Mining companies belong to a family of companies with a distinct specificity. It determines the valuation of these companies to a large extent. The aim of this article is to present the distinctiveness mining companies valuation approach in comparison to other company types. Against the standard methods of valuation the difficulties with the selection of appropriate methods for companies operating in specific conditions were indicated. As a result, the practical usefulness of selecting a proper method for a reliable valuation of a mining company was shown.(original abstract)
