Artykuł podejmuje się analizy zagadnienia związku zaufania organizacyjnego z kreacją wiedzy w kontekście istniejących dominujących w literaturze badań zależności pomiędzy zaufaniem a transferem wiedzy. W badaniach empirycznych 202 polskich przedsiębiorstw pod kątem proponowanych związków zaufania z kreacją i transferem wiedzy wykorzystano badania współzależności pomiędzy zmiennymi. The paper examines the relation between organizational trust and knowledge creation with regard to prevalent research on links between trust and knowledge transfer. In empirical research based on 202 Polish enterprises aimed at testing the relations between knowledge creation and transfer analyses of association were applied. (original abstract)
