Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest pomiar i ocena adekwatności systemów emerytalnych w Europie w kontekście celów otwartej metody koordynacji (OMC). Autor stara się odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy można w przekroju krajów europejskich wskazać reżim emerytalny charakteryzujący się najwyższą i najniższą adekwatnością. Głównym kryterium klasyfikacji reżimu jest relacja państwo-rynek w zabezpieczeniu emerytalnym. Zbadano adekwatności systemów emerytalnych w krajach post-komunistycznych w stosunku do adekwatności systemów emerytalnych w innych krajach europejskich. W badaniach zastosowano statystyczną wielowymiarową analyze porównawczą.

The aim of the article is to measure and assess the adequacy of European pension systems in the context of the Open Method of Coordination. The author attempts to answer the question whether or not it is possible to single out the most adequate and the least adequate pension regimes in Europe. The main criterion of regime classification is the relation between the public and the private sector in pension systems. The adequacy of pension systems in the post-communist countries has been compared to the adequacy of pension systems in other European countries as well. In the research statistical multidimensional comparative analysis has been used. (original abstract)
