Celem opracowania jest analiza przejrzystości władz monetarnych przez pryzmat akcentowanych w literaturze wątków dotyczących optymalnego sposobu ujawniania intencji władz monetarnych (prognozy). (fragment tekstu)
This paper focuses on the central bank's transparency optimal level, especially in turbulent times for the financial market. It shortly describes the pros and cons of enhance transparency. It analyses the way how the central bank can guide market expectations via disclosing the inflation forecast and policy path consistent with the forecast. It also discusses briefly the problems with forecast quality during the crisis. The overview of the literature and the practice of the monetary authorities does not gives unambiguous answers on the best way of intention communicating. (original abstract)
