The purpose of this analysis is to test statistical properties of business climate indicators (BCI) for Poland based on the results of surveys made in different economic sectors as well as to examine the usefulness of these indicators in monitoring and predicting changes of the aggregate economic activity. All the analysed indicators, including various BCI versions and reference indexes have been developed and/or compiled by Z. Matkowski who provided us with all the data needed for this analysis.
