Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono związki rozwoju metodologii i technik organizacji z postępem technicznym i społecznym. Starano się w nim wykazać, że w poszczególnych okresach tego rozwoju koncentrowano uwagę na różnych fazach postępowania organizatorskiego, tworząc nowe lub adaptując z istniejących określone techniki badawcze i projektowe. Technological progress and mass production have contributed to the formation of a new field of knowledge - labour organization, which has been developing and transforming simultaneously with social and technological changes. The analysis of these changes points to the existence of different trends of this field of knowledge in various periods of time from the classical to the social trend. The common feature of all these trends of the theory and practice of organization is the acceptation of the analysis and diagnosis of the existing situation with the help of rationalizing activities. They are differentiated by various stress distribution on specific phases of organizational work, application of different kinds of examination techniques and different understanding of the role of an organizer.
