Abstrakty

W opracowaniu skoncentrowano uwagę na kształtowaniu treści pracy i planowania zatrudnienia w sferze technologicznego przygotowania produkcji. Podstawę opracowania stanowią badania procesów produkcji maszyn, charakteryzujących się wysokim poziomem automatyzacji i zmiennością asortymentu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The progress of automation and computerization of industrial production processes has a great influence on the substance of technological production tasks and the methods of their execution. It causes the necessity of division of labour in this field of activity of the enterprise according to new rules with regard to the possibility of wide application of microcomputers in technological designing. These problems belong to the range of works carried on in the Labour Science Team in TH, Karl-Marx-Stadt. The working out of the method of labour substance forming and determination of the costs of labour in the sphere of technological preparation of production have resulted from these, strictly connected with industrial practice, works. Presented in this paper assumptions and main elements of this method have been adapted to the conditions of automatized production of machine-building industry of changing assortment.
