Recently a specific division of labour is disapproved by workers and considered a very troublesome one. Thus necessity of humanization of excessively broken up labour arises. The aim of this paper is to present the results of the auditorium questionary of 624 workers performing simple, routine, recurring tasks. The attitude of members of this group towards the idea of, participation in labour rotation and expansion of tasks program has been examined. The examinations proved the majority of workers approves of both forms of revaluation of labour. It is characteristic of the workers who would like to participate personally in the revaluation process to consider the others adverse to this program. Also managers and foremen of the examined workers denied innovative tendencies of the subordinates. Generally, the existing social climate may be estimated as permissive enough to introduce experimental phase of innovation process aiming at humanization of excessively broken up labour in the enterprises under examination.
