W oparciu o wyniki badań w przemyśle, a artykule przedstawiono następujące zagadnienia: fluktuacja kadr w gospodarce narodowej, w wybranych branżach i w badanych przedsiębiorstwach, poziom skłonności do fluktuacji robotników wykonujących prace monotonne, subiektywne przesłanki skłonności do fluktuacji, społeczno-demograficzne uwarunkowania skłonności do fluktuacji, związki pomiędzy fluktuacją i zadowoleniem z pracy. The aim of this paper is the analysis of the present state and the anticipated scale of personnel fluctuation in the enterprises, the characteristic feature of which is a great contribution of highly monotonous work. The assumption that the monotony of work influences the attitude of employees to their work and their willingnes to change it, is the basic and leading hypothesis. The fluctuation in eight enterprises of different lines has been statistically examined and the inquiry of 624 workers in this enterprises has ascertained this hypothesis. The level of fluctuation in the enterprises where the work is monotonous is greater than the average line level; the similar conclusion results from the prognosis of fluctuation according to which, monotony is one of the main reasons of the willingness to change work. The analysis of social-demographic conditioning of the tendency to fluctuation have proved that it is greatest: among men, people of shortest professional experience, workers whose previous jobs were not monotonous and also those people whose qualifications went beyond requirements (people having secondary and university education). The collected materials have proved, that the inclination to change work is highly symptomatic of general workers satisfaction with work and their attitude to it. (original abstract)
