The objective of organizing the process of continuous learning (lifelong learning) is becoming more and more important. This can be actually done by founding the universities and learning centers of a new status, which aim is to be re-production of innovational knowledge. This idea can be realized within the frames of the electronic university concept. (fragment of text)

W artykule przedstawiono zmianę paradygmatu kształcenia na poziomiе uniwersyteckim i rozwój edukacji elektronicznej. Szczególnie cenna jest koncepcja systemu wspomagającego działalność dydaktyczną, naukowo-badawczą i administracyjną Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Samarze. (oryginalny abstrakt)
