W oparciu o doświadczenia bułgarskie w artykule przedstawiono uwagi na temat istoty i celu ustalania norm zużycia materiałowego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
On the oasis of Bulgarian experiences the remarks on the essence and purpose of establishing the norms of material consumption have been presented in the article. It is an attempt to prove that under conditions of growing independence of industrial enterprises the norms ought to be constructed in such a way that the enterprises had an opportunity to choose optimum solutions because of the costs of production. In the authors opinion they ought to be the maximum admissible norms; for the rest, the consumption norms should be established only for key materials in a given production. (original abstract)
