Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono liczbę, strukturę i udział przedsiębiorstw handlowych własności zagranicznej i mieszanej na tle ogółu podmiotów handlowych w Polsce. Przeprowadzono analizę tych przedsiębiorstw, obejmującą sieć handlową (detaliczną i magazynową), przychody, koszty i wynik finansowy oraz ich potencjał ekonomiczny.

Increasing interest of foreign enterprises in Polish market has been observed since the middle of the 90s. It's been accompanied by e.g. dynamie increase of trade investments. In the consequences foreign companies start playing more and more important role in the subject structure of trade. Development trends of this sector compared to the total trade subjects were presented in this article. Not only the changes of number and structure of trade units with foreign capital involved were analysed but also their share in the market (in branch cross-section), resource state of their trade network and the general economic potential. Trade companies in Poland (total) are a background for this analysis. (original abstract)
