Work organization in the highly automatized production processes requires finding the new unconventional solutions. Team-work methods may find especially application large in these processes. One of the forms of team-work applied in GDR are the so called care teams having the automatized production sections in charge. In the paper the conditionings of the work organization methods within these teams have been discussed and four variants of the solution applicable in the modern machine building enterprise have been presented. Some suggestions and comments on the solution of stimulation system of employees which is very difficult in the automatized production as well as the estimation of productiveness have been presented.
