Certain functions of the information process which occur in technology transfer, i.e. information preparation and information service, have been considered in the article. A general model of expenses and activities done in the Information process was taken into account in order to consider the problem of information contents and information needs in detail next. The presented considerations comprise the mentioned processes as adjusted to international scientific-technological cooperation. (original abstract)
