Omówiono systemowe ujęcie społeczeństwa i zwrócono uwagę na relację pomiędzy człowiekiem a techniką oraz pomiędzy osobowością a rozwojem techniki. Opisano ogólne orientacje osobowości z uwzględnieniem ukierunkowań emocjonalnych.

Socialist community understood, as a global system consists of subsystems constructed from material elements, processes, spiritual and personal elements. Man (personal element) is a basical component determining the functioning of the whole system. He forms the remaining elements and at the same time he is formed by them to some extent. The relation between man and technology is one of the most important relations in modern society. Production technology affects the employee's shape of personality and determines possibilities of its harmonious development. The utilized technological solutions determine a type of emotional direction of human personality. There is also a reverse dependence - the level of the development of personality and the way of its formation determine the degree of acceptance of the existing technological forms and possibilities of their further development.
