Dążenie do racjonalizacji wykorzystania potencjalnych możliwości działania pracowników skłania - w miarę postępu technicznego - do rozszerzenia badań nad wykorzystaniem czasu pracowników inżynieryjno-technicznych. Temat ten, podjęty przez Zespół Nauki o Pracy Wyższej Szkoły Technicznej w Karl-Marx-Stadt i Politechniki Łódzkiej, prezentowany jest w niniejszym, opracowaniu. Skoncentrowano w nim uwagę na problemach klasyfikacji czasu pracy inżynierów w obszarze technicznego przygotowania produkcji oraz na metodzie wyznaczania normatywnych wielkości czasów, wyodrębnionych grup ich czynności. The project of the time determination of the engineering-technical activities is the subject of the study. It is the attempt of increasing the basis for planning, the utilization's rationalization and the time analysis engineers work. Considerations under the above subject were based on the studies on the engineers work time preparing the production in the enterprise of the machines construction. After describing the contents and the characteristic features of the technologists work, the classification of their activities and the method of time measurement were presented. On the base of suggested method the measurement of the work time was done in a chosen enterprise. The studing on the cart of the technological production operation process, as a main document worked out by the examined technologists was assumed as the base for the measurements. The dependence between the number of the operations, comprising by the cart of production process, and labour consumption of its preparing and the proportions of the principle categories of times separated in the classification were established.
