Abstrakty

Wyjaśniono pojęcie pracy biurowej oraz omówiono jej cechy. Scharakteryzowano efektywność pracy biurowej oraz oceniono nakłady na pracę biurową i na jej efekty.

Taking into account the designation of notion clerical work in the enterprise, the problem conncected with the measurement of the effectiveness of this work were presented in this paper. Showing, that the objectivization of the effectiveness appreciation measure in the relation to the totality of the clerical work is difficult to carry out, the studied problem was divided into two parts: appreciation of the expenditure on the clerical work and appreciation of the effects of this work. As a departure for determining the level of the expenditures connected with the studied work, the settlement of its range in the enterprise was assumed, while the explication of the conception of the clerical works effects was based on the essential contents and purpose of this work.
