W artykule przedstawiono formy organizacyjne ekonomicznego wspierania rozwoju lokalnego, które istnieją w Stanach Zjednoczonych Ameryki. Omówione przykłady dowodzą, że sprawna organizacja może pomóc społecznościom lokalnym osiągnąć ich cele i przyczynić się do rozwoju regionalnego. Sprawdzone wzorce można z powodzeniem przenieść do Polski. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Furtherance of local economy development is important when it is crisis in modern world. Some organizational activity can help to achieve advanced goals for a local society. There are some examples of organization of local development activity in the United States which can be transfer to Poland. (original abstract)
