Abstrakty
Niniejszy artykuł stanowi prezentację wyników badań empirycznych nad poziomami i strukturą trudności prac administracyjno-biurowych.
The results of empirical studies on the levels and the structure of administrative work and office work difficulties are presented. The studies were carried out using the MEBATOR method and a set of 156 posts representing several enterprises. The distribution and the structure of the work difficulties are characterized with regard to the total and partial ratings. The work difficulty categories are identified according to synthetic criteria. The representative posts are pointed out and the effects of certain criteria on the valuation results are determined.(original abstract)
