Abstrakty

Na początku artykułu przedstawiono role systemu finansowego. Następnie szczegółowo omówiono: rachunki odpisów dewizowych, kredyty dewizowe, przetargi walutowe.

The present methods of financing imports are significantly hindering the process of restructuring the economy, based on the criteria of effectiveness. With regard to a considerable part of imports, i.e. the import financed centrally, the allocation of foreign exchange in the economy is of an administrative character. Next, the process of decentralization of foreign exchange supply proceeds too slowly. Then, the differentiation of forms and principles of that decentralization means the creation of various standards of foreign exchange allocation effectiveness at the level of firms. Additionally, the simultaneous use of the supply Instruments for the purpose of export stimulation favours the fixation of its hitherto existing structure. In result, the system of financing imports practically lacks the elements correctly affecting the changes in the structure of international traffic and in the structure of production.
