Organization and management, by means of knowledge and intellect, improve the performance and efficiency of all resources. They stimulate people's creativity and their devotion to the improvement of sales and financial results, reduction of costs, as well as enhancing company's position on the market. The management system should be the source of these attributes, although it requires constant reconstruction and many reforms.(fragment of text)
