Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule autorka skoncentrowała uwagę na kulturze ryzyka organizacji, której brak lub niski poziom był jedną z ważniejszych przyczyn spektakularnych upadków firm podczas kryzysu finansowego w 2008 roku. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie pojęcia kultury ryzyka, jej znaczenia dla sukcesu organizacji oraz wskazanie cech silnej i słabej kultury ryzyka w organizacjach. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The author of this paper concentrated on risk culture of an organization, the lack or low level of which was one of the most important reasons of spectacular collapses of companies during the financial crisis in 2008. The aim of this paper is to explain the term of risk culture, its significance for organization success and indicate the features of strong and weak risk culture in organizations.
