Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie i opis przesłanek internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw e-commerce, powstały w wyniku krytycznej analizy literatury. Przesłanki podzielono na cztery grupy, do których należą: przesłanki wynikające z modeli internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw, przesłanki technologiczne, ekonomiczne oraz rynkowe. W przedstawieniu przesłanek wynikających z modeli internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw, szczególna uwaga została poświęcona znaczeniu teorii sieci oraz wpływom relacji na rozpoczęcie procesu internacjonalizacji w przypadku przedsiębiorstw born global. Omówione zostały technologiczne aspekty, przyczyniające się do burzącej natury internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw e-commerce. Opisano wpływ technologii na znoszenie barier procesu umiędzynaradawiania oraz na wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw i sieci relacji. W odniesieniu do przesłanek ekonomicznych, podkreślone zostało pozytywne znaczenie internacjonalizacji w osiąganiu efektu skali i zakresu przez przedsiębiorstwa e-commerce. Przedstawiono proces tworzenia wartości oraz znaczenie informacji w "cyfrowej" ekonomii. Dokonano również analizy przesłanek internacjonalizacji wynikających ze specyfiki wirtualnego rynku. Omówione zostało m.in. znaczenie nisz rynkowych, efektu synergii i zaufania, dających wymierne rezultaty po wejściu na rynki zagraniczne. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Article determines premisses of the internationalization process which arise from the models of internationalization, as well as technological, economical and market-based background for the e-commerce companies. The main aim of the paper is to describe the above mentioned premises after critical analysis of specified literature. Results of quoted research provided knowledge about the influence of network relationships, value creation, scale and scope effect, niche strategy and technological changes in the e-commerce companies and their internationalization process.
