Abstrakty
Within the last ten years, Polish managers have been forced to change radically the style of human resource management. Previously, in a centrallyplanned economic environment, a company was assigned many social functions which it had to perform in favour of its employees. A company was responsible for organisation of employee family package holidays, for financing of educational and health care system as well as local initiatives.(fragment of text)
