The main thesis of the paper is the assumption that a long-term conflict situation is one of the major costs of the post socialist transformation, and those who deal with that process must be aware of it. The second thesis says that a conflict is a natural element of social realm. Social conflict emerges in every social system because of the necessity to control resources such as goods, power, facilities, industrial production and people.(fragment of text)
