The article reports on the theoretical growth of the effects of relational capabilities of an organization on other organizations. The resource based view (RBV) of a firm sees concepts that may affect the organization's performance such as knowledge, routines, environment impact and others, thus major attention has been attributed to dynamic capabilities and among these capabilities is coalition. There is actually no comprehensive model for this phenomenon since it is still in its early stage of development, yet the stance in literature, RBV of the firm, dynamic capabilities approach and network management seem to be complementary to one another.
