Abstrakty
Growing competition on the postal market and the stagnation regarding the demand for traditional postal services, forces the postal operators to change their strategies. What is needed, is most of all a broader use of the Internet, which plays a more and more significant role in information transmission. Polish Post has been using the Internet and based on it e-commerce to a unsatisfactory degree. Making significant changes in this regard requires the use of an appropriate strategy, which nowadays seems to be the multiplication strategy.(original abstract)
