The article shows some aspects of innovative activity West of the SME sector, with particular emphasis on the scope of innovation cooperation, as well as barriers and impact of development actions through the prism of the economic crisis. In addition, the subject of the research consisted of expectations of entrepreneurs to the financial sup-port of innovation.(original abstract)
