Abstrakty
Wyrazem tych postaw są m.in. satysfakcja, rzecznictwo i lojalność klientów, będące zarazem ważnymi czynnikami budowy wartości przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
EN
Aimed at improving the customer experience in a variety of points of the buyer contact with the company, the experiential marketing (ExM) can support the corporate image strategies and, thereby, contribute to building its value. The aim of the ExM strategy is to develop positive customer experience in the cognitive, affective and behavioral (conative) dimensions. If the customers' (or, more broadly, the stakeholders') experience is positive, it will contribute to the formation of consumer attitudes that are favorable to the image. These attitudes express themselves as, among others, the customer sa-tisfaction, advocacy and loyalty which are also important factors in building the company value. (original abstract)
