Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja przyczyn zmian długu sektora general government w państwach strefy euro w latach 2006-2010. Najpierw przedstawiono przyczyny zmian relacji długu publicznego do PKB, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zmian długu niewynikających z salda budżetowego (SFA - stock-flow adjustment). Następnie, na podstawie przedstawionych związków i współzależności, określono determinanty zmian zadłużenia w rozpatrywanej grupie państw (fragment tekstu)

The aim of the article is to identify the causes of changes in general government debt in the euro area before and during the financial and economic crisis. The paper is structured as follows: the first part describes reasons for changes in public debt to GDP ratio, with particular reference to stock-flow adjustment. On the basis of the presented relationships and interdependencies, the second part discusses the determinants of changes in debt in the considered group of countries. (original abstract)
