W niniejszym artykule omówiono zagadnienia filozofii, etyki, moralności oraz ich wzajemne powiązania. Przedstawiono filozofię pracy i etykę w realizacji polityki zarządzania.

An enterprise as a productive organizational system performs economic, social and other functions for numerous subjects, representatives of interests and goals, that are in its internal and external environments. One of the greatest challenges for an enterprise consists in acting on an ethical May and, at the same time, obtaining good economic effects. The ethics which aims at achieving favorable correlation between the economic values of an enterprise and social and ethical values of those representing the interests of external and internal environments guarantees a success. The system of values and behavioral norms characteristic of the workers, various groups of people and the society as a whole, should be a starting point for forming and realizing the policy of business management.(original abstract)
